Dechellis Homes can modify any design to cater for those with special needs or physical challenges. For disabled access we take into consideration space, height, layout and ensuring that we provide an uncluttered design.
We are able to modify entrances (i.e. allow for ramps), door widths, kitchen design and bathroom layouts.
In consultation with our clients, we can design a home that enables an individual to do what he or she needs to do as independently as possible.
We apologies that our display villages do not have disability access as the product is representing the volume market.
